Our Collaboration

When you start a project with us, we consider it a partnership. We promise to provide our best expertise in UI/UX Design and Software Development. In return, we count on you to provide the necessary feedback and materials we need to keep things moving.

Payments and Pricing

• —Quotes:

  Every project is unique. The price we agree upon covers the specific scope of work discussed.

• —Payments:

  Depending on our agreement, we usually work with milestones or hourly rates. Payments are due within the timeframe mentioned in your invoice.

• —Refunds:

  Since we invest significant time and manual labor into every project from day one, payments for completed work or milestones are generally non-refundable.

Intellectual Property (Who owns what?)

• —The Final Product:

  Once the project is fully paid for, the final designs and code are yours. You own the rights to the finished product.

• —Our Tools:

  We retain the rights to the internal tools, frameworks, or base code we have developed over the years to help build your project.

Revisions and Changes

We want you to love the final result. Most of our packages include a set number of revisions. If the project scope changes significantly, such as adding a whole new feature that was not discussed originally, we will let you know about any extra costs before we start.

Confidentiality

Your ideas and business data are safe with us. We will never share your sensitive information with third parties. Likewise, we ask that you keep our internal processes and pricing confidential.

Project Timelines

We avoid delays whenever possible. We always aim to meet our deadlines, but sometimes things happen like waiting for feedback or third-party API issues. If there is a delay, we will communicate it with you immediately.

Termination

Either of us can stop the project at any time if things are not working out. In such cases, you will only be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.
